Sarah Medlicott, CPCC, PCC is a dynamic woman who is committed to generating greatness in leaders. She is known for her unique style of leadership, that models learning in every moment. Sarah has been a business and leadership coach for over eleven years and started her company, Affinity International on Valentine’s Day in 2000. She is a certified professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute and attained her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. For the past nine years, Sarah has trained thousands of leaders and coaches across the globe, from the US and Canada, to South Africa, Israel, Turkey and Europe as a trainer for The Coaches Training Institute. Sarah has been engaged in learning the 5 Elements through her work in supporting this program over the past seven years. While her core element is Fire, she has developed an ability to have healthy access to all of the elements in her leadership and in her life.

Laura Rice, MA, CLC is a seasoned, naturally inspiring Speaker, Trainer and Coach. Laura is the founder of Purpose2Prosperity for Women, a graduate of the Elemental Women’s Leadership Program and the creator of the ‘Claim your Life Purpose Process’. Laura has supported hundreds of women to skyrocket their businesses, define their feminine leadership and clarify their life-purpose and career direction. As a result of coaching with Laura, her clients report having more fun, feeling more empowered, starting their own businesses and making more money doing something they love than they ever thought possible. Laura trained at the Life Purpose Institute of San Diego and received her Masters degree in Education and Communication from the University of Oregon. Her primary element is also Fire, with a healthy balance of water and earth to keep her grounded. Laura leads annual Vision Quests and is a trained Elemental Healer.
