The Elemental Woman™ Leadership Program is a year-long program for women who are ready to take their leadership to a whole new level. The Program consists of five two-day retreats based on the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine. The quest to create models of leadership for women that are an authentic and true representation of all that a woman can bring to leadership is the basis for this program. Powerful leadership does not mean masking our feminine strength with false power. Elemental Leadership™ means integrating both the masculine and feminine aspects of self and accessing whatever element is needed for the purpose of being the leader you want to be in the world.
